FHA/HUD latest info that will help us fix and flip properties

By Training | June 16, 2008

I just wanted to share that FHA/HUD has issued a new press release to “temporarily” relax their policies. What does this mean for us investor? This will allow us to fix and flip a property to an FHA owner-occupant buyer, without requiring us to be on title for 90 days.

This is great news for investors! THe new FHA/HUD rule is considered “temporary”, but this is definitely a step in the right direction. They have finally fiqured out that they need to loosen the constraints on investors to make it EASIER for us to sell properties after we’ve fixed them up.
