Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a full basement. These are very large units with lots of living space. The best part about this deal is the rehab is minimal. Three of the 4 units just need some minor cosmetic touch ups. All of the major mechanicals are in good working order. You should not have to touch the electrical, plumbing, furnaces or hot water tanks. The basements all have solid foundations and are not damp at all. A few of the units still have all the appliances!!!
The unit that will need some work is the 1333 unit. The roof over this unit was leaking after a huge wind storm we had here in Columbus, which caused some water damage on the back wall upstairs and downstairs. The leak has since been fixed and should be fine now.
Rehab estimates on everything should be in the 10k range, but may vary depending on the contractor used. Do the work yourself and this will be an extremely cheap rehab.
